Our client is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join their team as a Senior Facilities Manager. As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining all elements of Facilities Management across our clients diverse London portfolio.

As the portfolio is in London, this role will be required in the office 5 Days a week.

What You'll Bring

Experience and Qualifications: With a minimum of 2 years of Facilities Management experience, you possess a strong foundation in the field. An essential IOSH qualification demonstrates your commitment to health and safety compliance.

Technical Skills: You have excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook. These skills will empower you to effectively manage data, streamline processes, and communicate with stakeholders.

Communication and Administration: Your exceptional communication and administration skills enable you to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your polite and courteous manner ensures that tenants and residents are always kept informed and satisfied.

Proactive Approach: As a proactive problem-solver, you address situations before they become problematic. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that matters are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Flexibility: You are adaptable and flexible when it comes to working hours. Your commitment to the role extends beyond the typical 9-5, allowing you to provide exceptional service to our tenants and clients.

Responsibilities and Duties As a Senior Facilities Manager you will be responsible for a range of exciting and challenging tasks, including:

Managing reactive and routine repairs, ensuring they are adequately processed through our state-of-the-art CAFM system (Elogbooks). You will coordinate with approved contractors and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Administering contracts, purchase orders, and health and safety documentation in line with company policies and procedures. Your attention to detail will guarantee compliance and mitigate risks.

Keeping occupiers informed about planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.

Attending client meetings and providing meaningful commentary, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Preparing Service Charge Budgets and budget packs, meticulously considering all necessary works for the upcoming year.

Conducting regular inspections of properties within the portfolio and completing inspection forms accurately.

Ensuring document compliance on our Riskwise Health and Safety System, safeguarding the well-being of all stakeholders.

Collaborating with the Head of Facilities Management on one-off projects and portfolio-wide initiatives, while providing guidance and support to the FM team.
